These terms apply when you use www.vitaliwellness.in or book and receive services at Vitali Wellness & Spa. By using the website or booking with us, you agree to them.

1. Our services

Vitali Wellness & Spa provides professional wellness services: massage therapies, body scrubs, facials, nailcare and related treatments. Our services are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for medical advice.

2. Strictly professional conduct

• We provide professional, therapeutic services only. We do not provide services of any other nature.
• Guests must treat our therapists and staff with respect at all times.
• Any inappropriate request, remark, gesture or behaviour will result in the session being ended immediately. The full fee for the session remains payable and no refund will be given.
• We may refuse service or future bookings to any person who breaches this section, and may report unlawful behaviour to the authorities.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are made through WhatsApp, by phone or in person. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it.
• Appointment times are subject to therapist and room availability.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that the next guest is not delayed, and the full price will apply.
• Changes and cancellations are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Prices, offers and payment

• Prices shown on the website are in Indian rupees and apply at both branches. Prices include GST.
• Prices and offers may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that booking.
• Offers cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and are subject to their stated terms.
• Payment is made at the spa. We accept cash, UPI and cards. We do not accept payment through this website.

5. Your health and safety

• Please tell us before your therapy about any medical condition, injury, allergy, recent surgery or pregnancy.
• If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking.
• We may decline or modify a therapy if we believe it may not be safe for you.
• You receive therapies at your own discretion. Tell your therapist immediately if you feel any discomfort.

6. Age

Our services are intended for adults. Guests must be 18 or older.

7. Personal belongings

Please keep your valuables with you or leave them at home. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings on our premises.

8. Guests under the influence

We may refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

9. Website content

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Vitali Wellness & Spa or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vitali Wellness & Spa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
