Booking and visiting
How do I book an appointment?
Message us on WhatsApp with the therapy, branch and time you prefer. Our team will confirm your slot. You can also call the branch directly.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend it, especially for evenings and weekends. Walk-ins are welcome when a therapist and room are available.
What are your opening hours?
Both branches are open every day from 11 am to 10 pm.
Where are you located?
We have two branches in Hyderabad: Banjara Hills (RMK Plaza, Road No. 1, near Virinchi Hospital) and Suchitra (Venkateswara Enclave, opposite Green Park).
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available at both branches.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so your session can start on time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Please tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Therapies
What kind of services does Vitali offer?
Vitali is a strictly professional wellness spa. We offer therapeutic massages, body scrubs, facials, nailcare and quick therapies. We do not offer any other kind of service.
Which massage should I choose?
For gentle relaxation, choose Swedish or Aroma. For tight, sore muscles, choose Deep Tissue or Balinese. For stretching, choose Thai. If you are unsure, tell us what you need and we will suggest a therapy.
What happens during a massage?
Your therapist first asks about pressure, focus areas and any health concerns. You are then left to get ready in private. You are draped with a sheet or towel throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Can I ask for more or less pressure?
Yes, at any time during the session.
Is there anyone who should not have a massage?
If you are pregnant, have a fever, a recent injury or surgery, a skin infection, or a medical condition such as heart disease or high blood pressure, please speak to your doctor first and tell us before booking.
Prices and payment
Are the prices the same at both branches?
Yes. The same menu and the same prices apply at Banjara Hills and Suchitra.
What is the current offer?
20% off on all massage therapies. Mention the offer when you book.
How do I pay?
You pay at the spa. We accept cash, UPI and cards, and all prices include GST. We do not take payment online.
Comfort and conduct
Is Vitali suitable for women?
Yes. All our therapists are women, and we offer a private, respectful environment with a dedicated range of women’s wellness therapies.
Can couples book together?
Yes. Our couple massage lets two guests enjoy a massage side by side, each with their own therapist. The price is per person.
What is your code of conduct?
We offer professional therapies only. Any inappropriate request or behaviour ends the session immediately, the full fee remains payable and no refund is given.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Guests must be 18 or older.
